INTERIM TERMS — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW

Effective date: September 1, 2026. These are interim terms of use published for the launch of the AKtetra corporate website. Client-approved legal copy required to replace them will be prepared and reviewed by AKtetra’s legal counsel.

1. Acceptance and scope

This website is operated by AKtetra Technologies (“AKtetra”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms govern the informational website only. They do not govern any AKtetra product, system, evaluation, or engagement, each of which is provided — if at all — under a separate written agreement.

2. Informational purpose only

The content of this website is provided for general information about AKtetra and the areas in which it works. It is not an offer, a quotation, a commitment, a solicitation, or professional advice of any kind, and it does not form a contract between you and AKtetra.

Nothing on this website is a representation, warranty, or promise about the availability, functionality, capability, accuracy, performance, uptime, security, roadmap, or future release of any AKtetra product or capability, including any product referenced by name. Descriptions of capability are general and may change without notice.

3. No reliance

You should not rely on the content of this website in making any decision. Content may be updated, superseded, or removed at any time and may not be current or complete. Any commitment by AKtetra will be made only in a signed written agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, headings, copy, layout, design, visual system, typography, graphics, photography, video, audio, animation, markup, stylesheets, and scripts — is owned by AKtetra Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property laws.

The AKtetra name, the AKtetra logo, product and program names including StratumData and Red Queen, and any associated marks, taglines, and identifiers are trademarks or trade names of AKtetra Technologies. AKtetra’s software, technology, methods, models, and know-how are proprietary, and nothing on this website discloses, licenses, or transfers any part of them.

No license or right is granted by this website, by implication or otherwise, other than the limited permission set out in section 5. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Permitted use

You may view this website in a standard web browser, allow your browser to cache pages temporarily as part of normal browsing, and print or save a single copy of a page for your own internal, non-commercial, informational reference, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, mirror, frame, or create derivative works from this website or its content beyond the permission in section 5; remove or alter any proprietary notice; use the website or its content to develop, train, or evaluate machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models or datasets; use automated means to scrape, harvest, index at scale, or systematically extract the website or its content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its infrastructure, or any connected system; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the website or circumvent any security or access control; interfere with or disrupt the availability or integrity of the website; introduce malicious code; misrepresent your identity or affiliation with AKtetra; or use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

7. The briefing form is a preview and does not transmit

The form on the Contact page is a non-functional preview. It is not connected to a submission handler or recipient, and information entered into it is not transmitted to, received by, stored by, or reviewed by AKtetra. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive information through it. Because nothing reaches AKtetra, no confidentiality obligation, duty of care, business relationship, or other obligation can arise from anything entered into that form.

This website does not currently link to any third-party website. If such links are added in future, they are provided for convenience only; AKtetra does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party sites or their content, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AKtetra disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. AKtetra does not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that its content is accurate, current, or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AKtetra Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use this website or its content, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not AKtetra has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions these exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

AKtetra may revise these interim terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These interim terms are expected to be replaced in full by counsel-approved language.
